No. This is more of an exclusive investment club. Members have access to investments but are not required to invest.

We are essentially seed funding to help start-ups reach their Series A round. At the Series A round or comparable investment round, our investors will covert to Preferred Shares along-side the institutional investor. 

Our investors contribute checks from $5k - $100k per deal. The target investment size is $150k-$350k.

We establish an SPV (special purpose vehicle) that can be used to pool together investors into a single LLC that invests in a company. 

We are industry agnostic, but individual investors can obviously focus on specific industries. We are open to any company currently operating or willing to operate in the area, as long as their is high-growth potential to justify the investment.

To ensure we are focused on returns, we are not affiliated with any outside parties. We want to stay objective and therefore restrict membership to only accredited investors who invest money.
